Alemayehu Wolde
Alemayehu moved to the United States in 2012 after teaching mathematics at the Addis Ababa Univeristy in Ethiopia.
He completed his Masters of Science in Mathematics during 2007 before taking on responsibilities as a university lecturer.
Upon arrival to Nashville, Tennessee Alemayehu began work with Open Arms as a caretaker.
His heart for service and others shines bright. In 2010 he was awarded distinction as the best teacher of the year at Addis Ababa University.
Alemayehu is currently enrolled at Middle Tennessee State University for Actuarial Science, the only actuarial program offered in Tennessee colleges- both public and private.
